sopp+sopp win Fleet News Award

sopp+sopp and Centrica have picked up the coveted award for Fleet Customer Partnership of the Year at the 2022 Fleet News Awards.

The award celebrates a supplier that has gone above and beyond in its relationship with a fleet customer to deliver a specific initiative or address a given challenge.

sopp+sopp’s technology-led incident triage and effective collaboration with other suppliers impressed the judging panel.

Commenting on the winning entry, the judges said: “sopp+sopp’s understanding of the market in which it operates – and the constraints facing its customers – impressed the judges. Its awards entry, detailing how it introduced measures to reduce Centrica’s vehicle downtime, demonstrated a partnership that clearly benefits both parties. The company has proved to be flexible, agile and focussed on continuous improvement.”

sopp+sopp’s innovative approach to repair management and focus on the use of scheduled down-time were also key elements of the submission.
